My Blaze has not tracked my sleep for 18 days despite multiple restarts, cleaning unit with rubbing alcohol and recording heart rate OK. There were no real issues leading up to this failure. Is it possible that the latest update has caused this fault? Is there anything else I should try?

My husband's wasn't tracking sleep either but we found that if he pressed the 1 button (left) on his fitbit to more or less wake it up and then start the phone app, it has been syncing ever since. He does this everyday.
