Fitbit Blaze not tracking sleep correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit blaze used to track my sleep amazingly and show me a break down of how many hours I was in deep sleep, light sleep, REM and awake. Now it gives me a very basic graph which I can’t look in depth at. It tells me that I haven’t had any awake time during the night, when I know for a fact that I have as I have a baby and am up multiple times during the night resettling him. I haven’t changed anything about the way I wear my Fitbit, so I have no idea why it’s suddenly doing this. Any help would be amazing. Thanks!

My husband's wasn't tracking sleep either but we found that if he pressed the 1 button (left) on his fitbit to more or less wake it up and then start the phone app, it has been syncing ever since. He does this everyday.
