This is my second Fitbit Blaze. I have spent over four hundred dollars on my watches. First one died after one year and one week exactly and was out of warranty. I was offered $25.00 coupon toward a new watch. I bought one from Amazon and a insurance in 2018. One year later I used my insurance to repair my Fitbit stopped working 2019. Another year has pasted and now it has died. Will not charge, reboot, gone dark. I also purchased one for my wife $205.00. Hers lasted two years and the same week mine died, so did hers. I have a timed that I bought for five bucks and it has been in a box for three plus years and it is still working and keeping time. Fitbit what will you do for me and my wife. Don’t offer me $25.00 coupon. $600.00+ spent for three watches that quit. Don’t you all stand behind your product?

I'm sorry to hear. I've been lucky enough that my Blaze has lasted 4 years, with just some mild battery drain issues towards the end.
Unfortunately as of mid-december it's seems there is a widespread issue with a Blaze update that is causing it to "charge" from 0-100 in less than 10 minutes. Which obviously isn't true. And even if you charge for hours and hours to hope it's charging, it will die after about 6 hours of use. Myself and a few other people have called them about this issue where they just offer a 35% off coupon on a new product. But then there is nowhere to put this code in on the website.
Unfortunately, I doubt fitbit will do much about your situation. I was a loyal fitbit user for 10 years. I will be buying the new Samsung Watch Active 3 when it comes out early this year. If you have iPhone, they have their cheaper apple watch that was released in 2020 which I've heard great things about!
You could try calling, but I would suggest not buying from fitbit again. They clearly just want you to buy their new products by making the old ones stop working.
