My Blaze has just stopped recording stairs for a week now. Any ideas or fixes?

Whenever mine does that, I restart it - swipe across the screens to Settings, scroll down and pick Shut Down. Once it's off, press and hold any of the buttons until you see the Fitbit logo, then release.
If that doesn't work, try a reset as detailed here:

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your tracker registering your stairs? If you do, could you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far?

it helps but its frustrating to finish a workout and see only 2/3s was recorded. I need a more permanent fix. ![]()

Well I tried the fix again... and still stuck at 22 flights. I want to work up to getting the over 100 flights of stairs ... and I cant get past 22 counted.
