Blaze not turning on

My Blaze is not working, I can't turned on ... Any one knows if something is wrong with this model?

Did you just buy it? Then you need to charge it and set it up

I would like to know if you have already followed our friend's recommendations? If you haven't, I recommend following them since those are really good steps. Also, are you able to see the battery icon at the moment of plugging the tracker into the cradle?
