Blaze not turning on

My blaze isn’t working. I thought it was my charger but after getting New charger. It worked for a few days and died again. I tried restarting it but no luck. The gray screen of death. On a side note I was supposed to receive a replacement charger from Fitbit but I never received it. I ended up ordering from amazon. Please advise
