How to erase data from previous owner

I have bought a used Blaze and created , set up and syncd the blaze to my new account. However some data from previous owner are still showing up on my new account. Specifically, Badges and Trophies. I have tried re syncing, holding left and right bottom buttons until Fitbit logo appears on screen and numerous shut downs. They still show up on my account. Contacted previous owner and she says that she deleted the Blaze from her Fitbit account and unpaired it from her phone etc.

What can I do to reset it ? I want her badges and trophies data gone from my account.

Thanks in advance.

Badges are never stored in the tracker, but in the fo5bit account. What im wondering is what badges are being referred to and what past daysvhave steps recorded? Is this the first tracker, including mobile track, on your account?

Yes it’s the first tracker on my new account. This is the only account I ever created. What shows in history are “ Badges and Trophies” and under that section “hiking boot” and “ canyon”.

The huge number of steps showing from a few days before I got the Blaze is probably due to the tracker being shipped and being in transit.
