Blaze not turning on

Hey my Blaze is not working at all. Started today when I was at work wasn't counting my steps so I attempted to restart it and it went off and won't turn back on 😢😢

It's great to welcome you @Cath-2018, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, please confirm you did the following to restart your device:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
