What shall I do? I went running and after 1km it stopped working. Its not because of battery, it was full and now I gave it to charge it, but it doesnt work either. Any help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your tracker not responding 😕 Thanks for putting it to charge.

 

Now have you tried to restart it? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Please try that out and let me know if that makes any difference.
