My Blaze not powering on and shows black screen. I tried left and right below button for 10 to 15 sec but it vibrates and turn black again when I charged it light turn on but the charging sign does not come.

Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working properly!
Unfortunately, I haven't come across this issue with my tracker, so I'm not the most experienced at this issue. However, I would recommend trying to remove the tracker from your mobile device via the Fitbit app and then try adding it back and re-syncing the tracker.

Still not working it only vibrates and does not show anything on the screen only a slight light sync is impossible because phone ask code while adding device

Sorry to hear that my response didn't solve the issue!
From what you're saying, it sounds like your tracker is not paired with your mobile device, as it is asking for a code. If this is true, you will need to do the following:
1. Check if your mobile device is compatible with your tracker here.
2. Restart your tracker by holding down the left button and bottom-right button on your tracker
3. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device
4. Pair your tracker with your mobile device using Bluetooth
5. Follow the setup process to pair your tracker with the Fitbit app.
