Hi, my Blaze screen all of a sudden turned black. It is fully charged and syncs with app. I looked through the forum and tried the reset that was recommended and it does not work at all.

It's great to see you around @wispypoo.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart process didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Mine is doing the same thing. Battery was low last night, charged it fully, woke up this morning and it won't turn on. I tried resetting it and nothing happened.

My screen is also black. It also doesn’t seem to charge. I thought if I charged it overnight last night it might help, but it is still showing in the red on the app. I did the reset, and it vivbrated and the green lights blinked, but that’s it.

Ugh, I’ve only had it for like 7 months.
