I seemed to have turned off the buzzer if that is the right word to receive texts and phone calls notifications on my watch and cannot seem to restart it, can you help?

Hey there @Eileen006. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😄

Just to be sure, I'd like to know if you are receiving notifications but you don't feel the vibration or it is that you don't see the notifications at all.

I can recommend restarting your tracker. This can be done by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for about 10-12 seconds and this will make your tracker to reboot. After that, something you can try is setting up an alarm and see if this gets the vibrating motor to work.

If this doesn't work, you can get in touch with our Support Team. Tell them what is going on and whay you have already tried and they will be able to take a deeper look and help you out with this.

Let me know if you need any more help!
