Blaze not vibrating

My Fitbit Blaze has stopped vibrating. I have restarted the watch thru settings as well as restarted using back and select buttons. I have tried stopwatch. I have tried removing alarms and re-setting them up.I have restarted my phone and synced with the app. Nothing is working - please help!
