Blaze not working after reset

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze is nearly 4 years old.

Yesterday, the screen froze on notifications, I had to do a reset & then it showed low battery (it was charged the night before). I charged it again last night, but screen totally blank & no flashing green lights. App is showing that it’s fully charged. Have tried several more resets: it vibrates after about 2 seconds, flashing green lights come on briefly & then go back off and no Fitbit logo on screen ... any other ideas or is it time for a new one?

Hello and welcome to the forums @SunsetRunner

Four years is a really long time. My own Blaze made it about two years. You should take a look at the Fitbit Store and see the new styles that are available. The Versa series took over when the Blaze was retired. The Inspire series is the newest and the Inspire has an optional clip so it can be worn off the wrist. So many new options for you to view and new colors. Let us know what you do!
