I plugged my Blaze into a wall charger and it isn't working. It is stuck on the "Today" screen. It won't move to other screens and is not responsive to buttons. My app won't pick it up and I can't get to the Pair screen.
I've used this wall charger in the past and it has worked just fine.
Is there a way to hard reboot?

Hey there @ksintucson. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
It's strange that your tracker got stuck at the "Today" screen after charging but don't worry. You can restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together for 10-12 seconds and this will make the tracker to reboot.
Try that out and see if this gets your tracker back to life. Let me know how it goes!
