Blaze not working properly

My Blaze is not recording my heart rate, sleep or activity. It will track my steps but that is all. I tried to re set but that did not work. Not sure if I did it correctly. I pushed the left button and bottom right and held for about 5 seconds. Nothing really happened except it went to the Fitbit logo

Read the boards.  100s of people are having problems with their Blaze.  Mind started not doing the heart rate accurately and then suddenly it wouldn’t hold a charge.  If you pushed the buttons and got the logo, it did reset, but I’m sorry to say, it’s probably going to go the same was as the rest of ours....into an electronic wasteland.
