Upon checking our system, we see that your tracker was fully charged on July 2nd at 06:28 PM and was depleted to 60% on the same day at 11:58 PM. We also confirmed that there was minimal usage of your tracker's features

Best AnswerYou say that you see a triangle with a thermometer @Audimat this thermometer will be red or blue. Red means it States the tracker is to hot and will not work. Blue means the tracker is to cold and will also not work..

Best AnswerI've contacted Fitbit & they say as the blue thermometer is now not on this is normal operation..... as it got to HOT?. It Took me over 30ins to reset it too.
