Blaze not working unless being charged

In April my blaze stopped working unless it was charging. It was replaced and the replacement is doing the exact same. It looks as if it’s charging, my notifications are coming up and it is synced with my phone. As soon as I take it off charge the screen goes blank. I can’t restart it. Can you help?
