Blaze sync problem with Samsung S8 Plus

I have a new fitbit blaze from a friend and I could sync it with my samsung s8plus for only 3 hours. Suddenly it stopped syncronizing. I tried everything, deleting and downloading the fitbit app on the phone, restarting bluetooth on my phone, deleting other connected devices, restarting blaze. Nothing works. Phone is working, blaze is working, they are not syncronizing, please help me.

Hello @drebru, sorry for the late reply and thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the Blaze not syncing with  your Samsung S8 Plus. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

I noticed that you already tried a few steps to try to find a solution, before considering other options, please make sure that you've checked all the requirements and exhausted all troubleshooting listed here to resolve syncing problems. 

 

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
