Fitbit blaze screen turning on while on charging case....But otherwise not working ...Not getting boot up
Best AnswerIf you see nothing at all when connecting it to the charging cable, then it sounds reasonably serious to the extent that I'd consider exchanging it for a new one from the place you purchased it from. At the very least, I'd expect to see a fitbit logo flash on the screen at the point the power is connected. Ideally, you'd also see a charging battery symbol for a while.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Best AnswerThen your saying now that there is a display on the Blaze while charging.
When first plugging the tracker in , there should be a charging icon showing, after 10 seconds it should turn off. Seeing the Fitbit logo tells me that when plugging the tracker in, the tracker is doing a power up, or turning on.
In either case i wiuld read @MikeF's post above and do an exchange if possible.
