Hi
The Fitbit blaze I bought for my girlfriend in September has stopped working. I've tried the 2 button reset and every other combination of buttons but it's dead. Absolutely nothing changes when we charge it either.
Any other ideas?

If it's under warranty, you can get with Fitbit directly, as long as it was sold by an authorized seller. Looks like you've done all you can with restarting it. Hope it works out well for you.

I’m having the same issue today. And when I just tried charging it for maybe 15 minutes, it overheated to the point I could barely touch it.

Yeah I figured there was nothing else that could be done but now I'm stuck in a circle and can't figure out a way to get directly in contact. I've tried on here obviously and via Twitter message but no response
