Blaze not working

My Blaze heart tracker stopped this morning, now it’s has completely gone dead, tried to charge. No success Very upset this is the replacement I received in November 2018 because my other one stopped as well. This is an expensive product that I prefer not to purchase annually.

Hi @YMOore, welcome on board. I'm sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze, as well for the steps that you've tried. I see where are you coming from and I'm sorry that you've had this experience. Since your device is unresponsive, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Cleaning the gold contacts on your device and charging cable.
  2. Restart your Blaze by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds. The Fitbit logo should be displayed.
  3. Plug the charging cable into a USB port from a computer, or use a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  4. Charge it for around 2 hours, making sure the contacts between the device and charging cable are aligned.
