My Fitbit Blaze has come up with a strange temperature symbol. Tried restarting it and the restart isn’t working. Can you please help?

I found a similar post where the recommendation from one of the moderators was to contact customer support. See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Blaze-thermometer-icon/m-p/3533358

So, I have flagged your post for the attention of a moderator who will be able to get them in touch with you.

@Ali489 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Blaze showing a triangle symbol and thank you for restarting your device. Does the triangle includes a thermometer? This usually indicates that the environment is either too hot or too cold. Is this the case? Has the weather changed in the last few days? Do you still have this issue?

@SteveH thank you for letting me know about this.

I look forward to your reply.

Thanks @AlvaroFitbit,

This issue resolved itself after a few hours. I tried restarting numerous times to no effect and then I tried it once more and it worked.

There was a thermometer in the triangle and it's strange that it happened at all because I was walking on my treadmill at night when it happened and it's winter here, so not too warm. I'm sure my Fitbit has experienced many greater temperature extremes than this before and I never had an issue.
