Blaze notification delay

I got my Blaze for Christmas and happily hung up my very good Samsung Gear Fit 2.

From day 1 text and mail notifications were late in coming through from my phone. Phone call notifications i.e. ring and vibrate alert came through after the call had finished or part way through the call with no way of stopping the alert until it timed out.

I exchanged the Blaze after 2 weeks only to find the new one does exactly the same with the added bonus of Bluetooth constantly losing connectivity and a screen that comes on after you shake your hand in a Mexican wave fashion.

I love the heart and sleep monitoring but seriously the Blaze is a joke. I'm running Android 7(updated last night) on Galaxy S6.

Has anybody else experiences this or similar.

Would Fitbit like to explain this?

Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @Dripfedfred33.

If you are having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
