Hello - The notifications and music loading screen continually pops up and buzzes, causing the Blaze to drain within a few hours. There is also a gray semi circle in the top right corner. I have cleaned the contact points on the Blaze and charger, reset the Blaze, re-synced the Blaze, shutdown the Blaze 3x per other posts and let the Blaze completely drain before recharging multiple times. Unfortunately I am out of warranty as I purchased this Blaze in July 2016. I have been a FitBit customer since October 2013 and love the products but am disappointed in the lack of longevity. Given the high cost paid, I expect the product to last longer than 18-20 months. It’s crazy to think I would have to spend around $200 every 2 Years or less for a watch. How can this problem be resolved?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hi Wendy - I found that the top right button was stuck in the wrist band and cleaned it out. All good with that issue.
Upon further investigation, the left button will turn the Blaze on after it has been shutdown but DOES NOT function when the Blaze is already turned on. For example, I cannot restart by pressing the two buttons nor can I reverse from any screen that requires the left button (ie. daily stats, fitstar, etc.) The only way to get back to the clock face is to update the clock face from the app on my phone.
The Blaze still has most of its functionality so I hate to have to spend money on a new Fitbit.
Any my other thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance!
