Heart rate not working

Hello,

My blaze is less then 3 months old and the heart rate is not working it completely stopped for the last week and half. The green lights are flashing and periodically a hear rate will pop up but doesn't stay. I've tried re installing, shutting it down for 20 mins, putting on another arm, cleaned it etc. Nothing is helping. 

 

Can you please help! I've also done all the updates

Not sure if zero rate is better than when it "works".

I had a nice workout at the gym where the treadmill told me my heart was pushing 170. What does my Blaze say? max rate of 133 for that workout - 4 minutes above fat burning. How can I do intervals with this? Answer - I can't.

So much for spending $$$$ to get a device to help me train, get in shape, and avoid heart disease.

When will FitBit put out a chest strap to go with their wrist strap?
