Blaze only powers on when charged

While charging, it shows a full battery, but does not indicate that the battery is charging... only that the battery is fully charged. I can sync while it is charging and connect to bluetooth as well. The screen works and I can also tap and swipe while it is on the charger.

 

Off the charger, It won't restart, no green lights, and no vibrations.

Same issue. Would like to see Fitbit step up to the plate and address this issue. I sense this is happening to more and more users.
