Blaze overheating issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Fitbit Blaze for a little over a year. Out of the blue a week ago it just stopped keeping a charge. Since then every time I try to charge, it becomes overheated and shows the temperature icon.

I have tried multiple Blaze chargers, multiple home outlets and my computer USB. I have followed advice on another users support question and reset the tracker. It continues to overheat after only a minute or two plugged in and will not charge.

Please help me with this issue!

@RachelBlaze...Thanks for reporting this issue.  I have experienced the same issue since Thursday of this week and have tried multiple fixes from the "battery drain" forums to no avail.  I hope we receive a feasible solution other than what I saw in other forums, i.e. 25% off a replacement.

Welcome to the Community @BunkerDemon! I appreciate the troubleshoot that you've performed. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them. Please continue the communication via email so they can provide you with a final resolution.

Remember that each case is reviewed individually and the solution will be provided based on the Fitbit Warranty.

Hope this helps!
