Please beware of the blaze! Got so hot that it woke me up in the middle of the night and had a red spot on my wrist. Just a slight burn. Customer service was a joke which very disappointing since I have been with fitbit for awhile and showed off the products to my customers and even bought them for family members. Acted as though i was getting a refund and a new one due to my discomfort. Turns out I am not gettong a new one and I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. If that was specified up front I would have taken it back to the store and got my refund right away.I'm sure it is an isolated incident but be cautious please.

My blaze is showing a over heating problem when I have it on the charger.  Also the charger won't charge the device. What's the problem? Haven't had even a year yet.

This just happened to me last night! My Blaze has been acting weird, heart rate tracker not working & battery wearing down quickly. I am waiting to hear from Support on those issues & now I have to add that it overheated on my wrist!!

Same thing happened to me and customer service was great since my watch was still under warranty. The shipped me a new one and I sent the old one back. I hope the new one last longer.

Customer service was great & sent me a new fitbit blaze...just the actual unit to swap out, no band. But that worked out just fine for me. Hope you are able to do the same!

I'm having the same issue where the Blaze overheats when wearing on my wrist. The Hot Temp Symbol Shows on the screen and only goes away after a while when I take the Blaze off. I then Have to Re-Sync with my phone as the screen is locked at the time it overheated. It keeps doing this so I have given up wearing it and contacted customer support but as yet have had no response.
