Blaze overheats when charging

I stopped using my fitbit for a few months and have tried charging it but every time I do it gives me an over heat warning. I can't get it to charge because it gets too hot. I have had so many problems with fitbits messing up it's getting ridiculous. They don't last as long as they should given the price. Very dissatisfied.

Hello @Aubrey72, it's good to see you around the Community forums. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the Blaze that gives you an over heat warning and not allowing you to charge because it gets too hot. 

 

I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
