I came to the forums to seek advice about my battery draining quickly all of a sudden, only to find that many seem to be experiencing the same problem. So, my story is I traveled from Philly to Arizona for vacation. 2 days after arriving, my heart rate wasn't registering. Then, the battery drained a few hours later. I thought it was the new frame I was using maybe pushing on one of the buttons, so I switched back to the original frame. No good. Battery continued to drain within a few hours. I thought, maybe it will work again after I'm back at my normal elevation at home. Nope. I then visit the forums and see many experiencing similar issues. I follow the advice given about cleaning the contacts and a restart, but no good. Battery lasts maybe 4-5 hours. Heart rate not working at all, despite green lights flashing. What I'm wondering is Fitbit doing anything about these problems? Or are they trying to push people into upgrading? I haven't contacted Support yet. And I'm not sure I will. Because if I upgrade, it won't be with Fitbit. I'm going full smartwatch.
Rant over.

Same here. My Blaze just started draining the battery within 24hrs and less. This started over the weekend-- at first, the battery would drain in a day and a half, now I'm down to less than 24 hrs. What gives???
This is my 6th fitbit over the past 5 years. This will be my last -- the Blaze's battery has always been an issue (2 days is No Bueno in any world) and I'm not willing to throw another $100 /year to a company that doesn't seem to give a **ahem** about quality.
I do hope to get an answer though to fix this for another year or so.
