Hi, I've had my Blaze since it came out and love it, the battery life has always been amazing until yesterday. It died mid day. I've now charged it twice since then. Is there anything I can do?

reset everything twice using both methods, unfortunately it didn't help. Blaze already on medium battery after charging this AM. Ugh, what now? this thing isn't even a year old.

I had similar problems when I had my Blaze. Turned out to be a bad charger. I actually went through a couple warranty replacement chargers. There's some pretty good aftermarket alternatives on Amazon. A few let you charge the Blaze without taking it apart.

Thanks everyone, contacted support, they diagnosed Blaze as having gone bad under warranty, they are already sending me a new one!!!
