My new replacement blaze randomly shutdown. I just received the device July 10/17. It shutdown 3 times today. In order to restart, I have to put it back in the charging cradle otherwise pressing the buttons would not do anything. Frustrating☹

Hi, @JeanS., if your replacement Fitbit is not working as expected I would suggest getting back in touch with Fitbit Customer Support.
