Blaze randomly shuts down

At least 4 times a day my Blaze shuts down. I’ve tried resetting & that hasn’t worked. It starts up again when I put it on its charger.

I have the same problem as linder47 I would appreciate a overview of Supports response.

I called the customer service number & am following instructions Take off all notifications in my settings and let it run until the battery runs out then charge fully.
