Blaze registered steps while sleeping

Just purchased a Blaze. Seems like the the amount of steps is off. I woke up with 1000 steps? Anyway to re calibrate?

It will register steps if you are moving your arms a lot.

 

You can also change the settings under Wrist to the opposite that you wear it. Makes it less sensitive.

As our friend mentioned, your Blaze might registered some steps depending on the arm movement. In this post are some steps you can follow regarding this.
