Please help.

My husband's Blaze keeps overheating. Only ever shows a red thermometer.

Can this be fixed?

Hi, @OzDeb! That's not good! Have you tried restarting it a few times? If so, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly, since that could turn into a serious problem.

A warm welcome to the Community @OzDeb and @MakMak thanks for stopping by.

If your husband's tracker is getting hot, I recommend not wearing it. Also, I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
