Blaze regularly locks up and won't reset.

I have a Blaze (FW Ver 8.402.1).  Several times over the past couple of weeks this thing has completely become unresponsive; no swipes or button press combos will wake it up.  The only thing that brings it back is putting it in the charger.  When it comes back to life there's plenty of battery left.  While it's locked it doesn't record anything: sleep, steps, exercise, etc.  At when it does come back the time seems to be stuck at the time it went comatose until it synchs with the phone.

This is becoming really unreliable as a tracker, and even as a watch.  What are my options?

It's great to have you here @Chasby! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've done. It seems that your display is frozen, so I would like you to confirm that you've performed a restart by following these steps.
