Blaze resets time everyday

Hello,

 

My boyfriend is currently suffering an issue where at random times through the day, his Blaze will reset to 0300 or 0430 in the morning. This happens on most days and results in him losing all records of steps and so on. His alarm starts to go off at around 0430 or 0445 also so it’s a bit of a shock at random times. 

 

Any advice would be great 🙂

Have your boyfriend checked his timezone settings? He can check this information by following the instructions provided in the How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? article. After checking the timezone, sync the device and test it.
