Blaze resetting itself

I charged my Fitbit last night, and now it keeps flicking the beginning screen on and off. I can't access anything, just keeps giving me the "logo" screen on and off. I only bought it about a month ago!

I had this same problem after only 2 days of purchasing it. It would actually stay frozen on the Fitbit logo and wouldn't do anything else. Is this what is happening? I actually ended up having to go through technical support and they sent me a new one 😞

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement @TeeElle, at the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following to set it up from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

 

Now @Catg24, have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend trying the restart procedure.
