Blaze's display filled with horizontal lines

My Fitbit Blaze screen filled up with colored horizontal lines.IMG_E0814.JPG Please help me to resolve.

Hello,

 

I am having this exact same issue with my Fitbit Blaze. I've tried performing the hard reset process but nothing we've done has gotten it to reset. The logo does not reappear when trying the reset process.

 

@MarreFitbit would you be able to help create a case with the support team to see what can be done to bring our Fitbit Blaze back to life?

Love my Blaze but got this same problem last week.  Have tried everything to reset.  Can you help!

My Blaze just started doing this too.....just a few hours ago.....had been working fine all day. It's now going back and forth from horizontal lines.....to blank screen with dim back light.....then horizontal lines....repeat. .  It's still doing that and now it won't sync....starts to sync - then screen says : " An error occurred while syncing ! An unknown error has occurred ! "
