Blaze screen black (fully charged)

Had my Blaze for a while now second one. They say that the internal battery is not working. It charges on the charger but the screen is black when taking off the charger. Now they want me to purchase another one because they can't fix it. Fitbit needs to fix this s***. I'm not purchasing a 3rd Fitbit! I think it's time to look for another product from a different vendor.

an update they released about a month ago probably did this to your fitbit. Support will offer you a 25% discount on a new watch. Which I find insulting.

I so agree!

The support person kept on repeating the same script to me when I disagreed to the solution she was giving me. How is 25% off another product going to help with the one,  that was working two days ago,  I have.

I'll go get a Samsung Gear to go with my phone!

My favourite "canned support response" was "is there anything else I can help you with?" um, yeah, fix the problem.
