Blaze screen black

Hello ladies and gents,

 

Last night I took off my Fitbit Blaze from the charger and wear it normally. When I wanted to get the time I noticed that it is not working and appearing black screen. However, the LED sensor in the back still working and shining but even I couldn't sync my watch with the app!

 

So can you help to resolve this problem, please?

It's great to see you around @StanoO.

 

Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
