My blaze screen turns black and not working. Need help

Hey there @LiliaVecina, welcome to the Community.

 

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hello there

Thanks for the giving some info. Though I have tried but atill no logo of
fitbit the screen of my blaze still black light no image seen in front
screen. How can I resolve this? Thanks

Thanks for the info though I tried and the outcome still the same no logo seen in front of the screen and yet still black light.  What are the next step to do or resolution if ever. Thanks in advance.
