Blaze screen black

My Fitbit Blaze goes to black screen without reaction to tap and is fully charged. What should I do?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

It has not worked because I can not get it to turn on. It’s dead even
though I had just charged it. It is ok while on the charger but as soon as
I take it off it turns off. I love my blaze so this really upsets me.
