My Fitbit Blaze screen just went completely black. I tried resetting by holding down the left and right buttons. After doing that the home screen came back on but would not swipe. Then a minute later it went black again.
Help.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?

My fitbit Blaze was 3/4 of the way charged and the screen all of the sudden went black, tried to reset it and it wouldn't turn off and then on. Also it wouldn't sync onto my phone and I was getting frustrated because it wasn't working correctly...

I did contact the support team. They offered a 25% discount on a new fit bit because mine is apparently out of warranty . This is the third Fit Bit that Ive owned and each one only lasted a year or less. I like the Fit Bit, but they do not last long. Basically you will need to buy a new one every 12 months. I dont think I'll be getting another one.
