Hi, in the evening 2 days ago my heart rate stopped recording (although I got a "blip" yesterday).  I have charged the watch, reset the app and the phone, cycled through Auto and On, but no change.  Both green lights flash, albeit slowly.  What else can I try?  Thank you.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Mine is the same and less than a year old. The blinking lights went from strobe to slow barely blinking. Im pretty upset with it.
