Blaze screen went black. I put in charger and tried the hard restart and nothing. I have not had any issues with the Blaze until the new 6.2018 software update. My Blaze is not that old. Is Fitbit forcing us to spend $300 for their new watch? Please help.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. I would like to know if you have already contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?
