Blaze screen blank

Got this in December, it full charged and screen blank have recharged it and held down the buttons still no go this seems to be a bug problem with these Fitbit not two months old and they go like this.

 

Please advise how to fix it.

Hey there @Hkeyes, welcome to the Forums.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please confirm that these are the steps you did in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

If these aren't the steps you did, please try them. Also, is your Blaze displaying the battery icon at the moment of placing it into the cradle?

Yes I done that a few times and still no go
Only have this since 19th December

My screen has been flickering all day, and is dark. My screen has now gone completely black. The device is fully charged.

Have you tried to restart the Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at my previous post and follow the instructions provided there.

My Blaze was working fine this morning. Now is blank, face black, green lights off. Have it on charger with no response. Have tried your reset multiple times. It seems to be dead!! Any suggestions?

 I got mine for Christmas and it was doing the same thing. I have had in on the charger for the last hour (even though it was already charged) and I just tried turning it on again. 

If you’re still having problems, try holding the left button and the bottom right button for about 10 seconds. Mine came on after that!
