Blaze won't fully charge

Hello. I've had my Blaze for about a week and a half. I've had great battery life. However, last night I charged my low battery and almost 9 hours later if being charged it is not fully charged. What could be the problem.

Thoughts?

Through what are you charging the Blaze with?

Computer, laptop, or wall wort?

Does the icon on the blaze show that it is indeed charging?

If your using a computer or laptop, the charging might stop when the computer does to sleep.

How long should it take usually 2 hours should be sufficient time

Welcome to the Community @FHGrl. I agree with @Rich_Laue, 9 hours is too much time to charge your tracker, since it usually takes 1 or 2 hours to fully charge. I recommend contacting our Support Team, since they have the proper tools to see if your tracker fully charged or not.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Actually, the same thing happened to mine last night. It appears to be mostly charged, but never got to the full battery icon after about 6 hours. I tried again this morning, but the same thing happened. I am just going to wear it and possibly let the battery die and then charge it and see if it reaches full charge again. All else seems to be working fine.
I am also going to try to follow this thread to see how it turns out.

Well, mine fixed itself. I couldn't wait and plugged it in. It reached full charge my n about 1/2 an hour. I'm sure it was just a minor glitch with software reading the charge status wrong or something else simple. Possibly something with the power source, but I doubt it.
Either way it's all working properly now.

I had it plugged in my iPad usb charger. I decided to use my phone and it got fully charged within a few minutes. I am thinking the iPad charger is a bit bulky and heavy and perhaps it wasn't pushed all the way.

It's fully charged, so I will stick with the second charger. If I still have this issue I will update you all. Thanks so much!

@Nolander @FHGrl The Fitbit App shows the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker. It's definitely possible that you just need to sync  your tracker for the battery indicator in the App to update. If you are having trouble syncing, click here for help.

Keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!

Derrick, thank you but that wasn't the issue. I found the solution. For now 🙂

Derrick- I was talking about the battery meter on the Blaze itself while actually in the charger, not on the app. No worries though, it was a minor thing and all seems fine now. May have been user error anyway. I have really been enjoying my Blaze overall.
