Blaze screen blank

I have tried all advice on the forum.

1) making sure fully charged

2) press and hold left & bottom right button

but nothing happens.

I feel the buzz when I press, then a good 20-30 seconds later the green lights flash on the back (slowly) but the screen does not restore. When synced with phone it appears to see my Fitbit. Shows an amber battery life.

what can I do now?
